New I-9 Form Required in 2017

Employers: Current Form I-9
Only Valid Until January 21, 2017 ...   


The New I-9 Form Is Published
 
On Aug. 25, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved a revised Form I-9,  
Employment Eligibility Verification.
 
Employers may continue using the current version of Form I-9 dated 03/08/2013
until Jan. 21, 2017.
 
But ... After Jan. 21, 2017, all previous versions of
Form I-9 will be invalid.

The New Form MUST Be Used For All New Hires On  
January 21, 2017 AND AFTER.
